Where? When? How?

·Where do you work?

Nat currently works with the amazing team at Clover Tattoo Parlour, 1/438 Smith St, Collingwood, Victoria - 3066. A safe and inclusive Tattoo Studio. The studio is close by public transport (a 16 minute walk from Victoria Park Station or the 86 Tram) and there is limited parking available around the studio.

·When do you work?

Nat currently works Monday - Saturday (excluding Wednesday) from 11am to 6pm. Nat takes bookings at 11am and then an afternoon 3pm appointment. Nat does not work outside of these hours. 

·Do you ever do guest spots or tattoo conventions?

Nat frequently travels and maybe coming to a tattoo studio or convention near you. Keep an eye out on her Instagram @ngxtattoo for upcoming travel dates.

·How do I get a tattoo from you?

Nat's books open up to a maximum of 4 months in advance. By doing it this way, we've found that it gives everyone a fair chance at booking in.

For bookings, please head to our bookings form and we will get back to you ASAP.

Your flexibility allows us to easily finalise a booking for you. Saturday's are our most requested day and because of this, they book out first. 

All appointments require a deposit of $50 before they are confirmed. When you pay your deposit, you’re accepting you will forfeit all amounts paid in the event of your cancellation or you fail to turn up to the confirmed time. Deposits are valid for 6 months and are non transferable.

If you have any medical conditions such as blood born viruses or any conditions that might implicate the application of the tattoo, please let us know prior to making a booking.

Once Nat's books are filled for an opening, they close and we won't take bookings until the next opening. Feel free to email as your booking request and we will get back to you regarding booking in ASAP.

·How much will my tattoo cost?

Prices are based on factors such as size, placement, detail and design of the finished tattoo. Nat's minimum charge is $200.

·How can I pay? Do you accept card payments or Afterpay?

Unfortunately, payments must be made in cash. You can bring cash or there are ATM's by the studio where you are able to get cash out after your tattoo.

·I don't want to wait until your books open, do you take walk ins?

Unfortunately, Nat does not. However, from time to time someone's reschedules an appointment last minute which gives you a chance to get tattooed on the days they come up. Nat generally posts any openings on her Instagram @ngxtattoo via the cancellation list broadcast as soon as they become available. Turn on notifications for the most up to date information.

Design? Mine? Yours? IDK?

·Can I see my design before my appointment?

In short, No. Sending out any designs before an appointment is at a risk to Nat. In some cases, Nat may send you a rough sketch however, this is at completely at Nat's discretion. The design is based on the information you've provided so please make sure you include this information when you book in. Her schedule allows her to design your tattoo on the day of your appointment so she can solely focus on your tattoo design.

·What if I don't like the tattoo design. Can I make changes?

Nat's always happy to make minor changes or adjustments to make the design perfect for you. She'll design your tattoo based on the all the information you provided to us.

If she needs redraw most of your tattoo because we didn't receive the right information from you, there will be an additional $50 drawing fee added to your total and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

·Can I change my idea before my appointment?

Nat is always happy to accommodate any idea changes you might have before your appointment. Please be aware that some idea changes may result in your appointment being rescheduled as all bookings are based on our estimated stencilling and tattoo time of your original idea. We ask that you please let us know any changes at least 7 days prior to your booking.

·Do you have any designs you want to tattoo?

Nat has a collection of flash that she has available for viewing via her Instagram. If you have seen a design she has tattooed before, she would be happy to create you your own version.

·I found this tattoo/illustration/drawing online, will you tattoo exactly like this for me? 

In short, No.

 

Like any reputable tattoo artist, Nat has the ability to draw and design your ideas into your own perfect tattoo. Nat can use the references you provide as inspiration for your tattoo. If there are any particular elements you want included, let us know so that these details can be incorporated in the design process. Elements include things like; colours, the way the tattoo is arranged or negative spaces. Nat is a very capable artist who can design your tattoo and include elements you want. Nat has been tattooing for 15 years and has been involved in art for over 19 years.

 

For Illustrations, we ask you to provide consent from the original artist before they are tattooed. You will need to provide proof that you have the artists consent prior your appointment. 

 

Please note: Not all designs will translate directly into good tattoos and may need to be redrawn for the tattooing process.​

Inks? Consent? 

·What inks do you use? Are they Vegan?

Yes! All Nat's inks are Vegan. In fact, Nat provides a full vegan tattoo experience​.

·I'm not 18 yet, can I get tattooed? What if I have a parent/guardian's permission?

No. In Victoria it against the law and you must wait until you're 18. Nat also does not feel like it is ethically right to tattoo a minor. You will also need to provide your ID when filling out the consent form before your tattoo. ​
